Sound Samples I have started to add some mp3 samples. They are currently of me (in my living room using the mic in my camera in movie mode) and haven't the verve or passion that is drawn out in the relationship of the dance - but they still at least offer a reference sample. If you want to download - right click and choose appropriate command - or Mac - option click the link. You can also download from within play window when the file is loaded. Please do not distribute these as dance resources without my consent but do feel free to send anyone the link to my site. I still lean into the feel and spirit in making these recordings and am not obsessed with getting the form/pronounciations perfect nor do I recomend using them as a master copy to take such pronunciations from. The samples are for listening and are not intended to use as music for dancing to - except perhaps in your kitchen. I do hope they will inspire invitations to come and sing in your group or run an event in your locality - or join in a musical collaboration. Recording singing in a separate roomis like being in a room of mirrors where one becomes easily self conscious of every aspect of form. This is NOT the spirit in which I find joy flowing freely! Live singing in the dance is like dancing in the dance: form becomes like an extension of our body - as if it already knows - and the spirit moves us beyond words. It is my sense that we can be as a channel for a Life and Intelligence of which we rarely glimpse. I go on at length elsewhere about this but simply want to restate that to move with a joy that we do not manufacture is to allow our love of truth to be embodied.
