This is a new group with a focus on simpler. gentler, and medititative dances with specific intent to welcome and introduce beginners as well as to discover the cultural and personal context of joining in an international appreciation of music and dance together in a spirit of trust and inclusion.

As with all my groups, some of the music is sung and played live, and within the culture of the dancing there may be opportunity to also join with singing or music making if desired.

I ask £5 for these sessions and provide refreshments : drink and biscuits.
