Peace to All this Christmas

May Love's Presence find our welcome.

Christmas is a time when a stillness may - just for a moment - touch the world beneath its surface busyness.

The touch of a shared heart - communicated.

This stillness allows a direct sense of the Movement of Being - which is peace, in joy and freedom. Where love freely and spontaneously abides. The surface thinking mind cannot 'know' this - but it can be willing to get out of the way. The heart already knows - but we have become too busy - distracted in trying to be a 'someone' all by our self.

Rather than focus on how weak is our capacity to abide in such receptivity without reaction or restlessness 'taking over' again, why not celebrate in gratitude that we can hear at all - even if we later seem to lose it again.

In our dancing is stillness - not in form - but in the absence of any effort or struggle to be unaccepting of the present movement of being. Such moments invite a divine or graceful selflessness that is also a fullness of life. And it does not remain hidden but shines recognisably joyous in a peaceful presence shared.

My only begotten Son

My only begotten Son

is yet the Life

in every one,

For no thing is, but lives in Me

I send to you this message

Across all time and space

“You are My Child

Dearly beloved.

By Light you Know you Are

Why wander lonely;

Amidst a clouded mind,

in thought that is not Mine?

Yet I With You is not undone

but waits

your welcome for its time

Lo! Angel insight

Wondrous awe

a child is knocking

at your door!

No stranger here,

but stranger you’ve become,

unto your heart.

Look past all thought and see

Thy joy is

calling thee!

Jesus did not come to die

but did with love forgive

In light of truth he shows the way

In Truth to truly Live

For One he loved

as one in all

My love he gave

and giveth still

So Love Me as your Source and Life, with all your heart and soul

and love your brother as your self - by this we share One Will.

Gift

My Child,

Who Art in Me.

Hallowed be Thy Name.

May thy love come,

through our Will as one.

Give Me this day,

and forgive me your illusions,

in all as you behold with Me,

even as I have none in you.

For Thou Art My Kingdom.

In Power and in Glory.

Eternal.

So Be it.

Of Jesus

A man of peace, who lived among the fearful, yet,

Discerned the truth that fear would hide,

And so did not, as man, forget,

'Midst blinkered mortal thought.

But lives as love's expression,

that self-concern does cease,

To share one sinless light with all - who hear the call,

In heart accepting peace;

To waken and be glad.

Christ is but your willingness accepted

(or 'I called but you were too busy to notice'.

Jesus' story shows a way

to let a selflessness of love

guide this - and every - day.

And so come to remember

what the 'world' was made to hide.

A light of pure awareness

A love where peace abides.

Let not a fearful mind distort

but let such thinking be as nought

and listen in the heart and give

a welcome to a voice Alive.

And follow it as if your own

for unlike the world that lost your soul

this knows and loves You, truly, whole.

Into the dark

Into the dark an old year falls

where shade gives way to light,

that comes again and ever shall

while earth its circle flies.

A tapestry of dark and light

that seems to ever come and go

within which do we love and hate

as each life cycle’s so.

A world of struggle unto which

we clasp our wish and grasp our day

then falling out of sighted reach

to place forgot, a timeless way.

Yet oft in moments comes unbidden

Deeper knowing stirred

And Joy calls forth the heart that’s hidden

‘Awaken of this world’!

For though the turning years that waste

and wasted lie behind,

Is yet thy Father’s Love for thee

Whole, complete, Divine.

What then of time wouldst thou possess

if here now rooted, being?

No more the driven loneliness

in dark and light unseeing.

Into the dark an old thought falls

as shade dissolves to Light

that comes again and ever shall

while earth your circle flies.

Nativity

Done with seeking, journeys far,

Lo! I do perceive a Star.

And here, just where the star doth shine;

A newborn child of Love Divine.

Blessedness here does abound.

Come and see what I have found.

But Herod hearing of the Song,

Saw only threat to do him wrong.

Commands he gave to do love dead.

But never done for Love had fled.

To live in exile grow and learn.

But now the time comes to return

For all shall see as love will show, The Living One in whom we Know.
